603 Equality and U.S. Senate Candidate Karishma Manzur are Partnering to Protect Human Rights at Home and Abroad

EXETER, NH – June 02, 2026 – 603 Equality and Karishma Manzur, candidate for U.S. Senate from New Hampshire, are proud to partner on the universal need to protect human rights, dignity, and safety for all people. Beginning in Pride Month, joint in-person and virtual town halls will be held to discuss and advance the protection of human rights.

“We’re excited to partner with candidates like Karishma Manzur who are eager advocates and allies for the LGBTQIA+ community, and provide members of our community opportunities to engage with and support the candidates that best align with their values,” said Aimee Terravechia, Executive Director of 603 Equality.

“Human rights are not negotiable,” said Manzur. “I believe every person deserves dignity, safety, freedom, and equal protection under the law, here at home and around the world. I am proud to stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and with other vulnerable communities to ensure their voices are heard, their rights are protected, and their representation is never ignored in our state and in the U.S. Senate.”

Unlike her opponent, Manzur will actively advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights and work to reinstate protections removed from the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that helped ensure coverage of gender-affirming care for military families.

603 Equality and Karishma Manzur stand united in defending the human rights of all people, both at home and abroad, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, women, Black communities, immigrants, the Deaf community, people with disabilities, military veterans, Palestinian people, Jewish communities, Muslim communities, and other vulnerable groups whose voices deserve protection, dignity, and representation.

603 Equality is a community-driven organization dedicated to promoting the well-being of LGBTQIA+ people across New Hampshire.
